5. New Art for Hospital
Marti Hand, RN, of Creative Interiors By Hand in Peachtree City, has
donated this painting to Southern Regional Medical Center. The
impetus for this donation, according to Hand, “is to show my
appreciation to the hospital and Janice Johnson, RN and clinical
manager of 5T, for their flexibility, support and enthusiasm during
my endeavor to re-enter the nursing profession. This canvas is
dedicated to all patients, families and visitors of SRMC 5T. By
viewing this painting, I hope it provides a reprieve from pain, suffering
and loneliness, even if only for a few moments.”
