What you need to know about PAINTINGS
There is a story behind each painting found on this website. To learn more about each painting, go to the Portfolio page and browse through the painting series.
Original paintings are ready to hang. The sides of the canvas or wood panels are approximately 1.25 - 1.75 inches deep and are painted, so a frame isn't needed. Hanging hardware installed.
Original paintings are one size only. The dimensions, art media and descriptions are located below each painting in the Portfolio page.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the price of the paintings.
There is no return and no refund policies on prints, original paintings, notecards or commissioned artwork. But rest assured, you will be delighted with your purchase.
We use a shipping company known for handling and shipping artwork with care, so your original painting will arrive safely at your door.
All original paintings are available for purchase. Contact us if you don't see your favorite on this page.

Ready to purchase your original painting? Follow the steps outlined below.
1) Email us the full name and address where the painting is to be shipped, and the title of the original painting you are
purchasing. Indicate if residence or business address. Is the purchase a gift?
2) The shipping fee is determined and added to the price of painting based on your shipping address. You will be
emailed with the shipping fee and 'Contract for Sale of Artwork' document. Review it, sign it, and email or fax back.

3) Pay for your painting with credit card through Paypal. Our Paypal email account is sales@martihand.com
4) An invoice is emailed to you upon payment, so provide a valid email address.
5) Upon receiving your payment via Paypal, your original painting is prepared, crated and
shipped to your shipping address. Shipping original works requires special shipping and handling, i.e, wood or
heavy gauge cardboard crate with bubble wrap and other protective materials for added security. All purchases are
shipped with insurance for the value of the painting, along with tracking and delivery confirmation.
6) Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the actual shipping of your order. Again, your original painting needs special
handling and crating, and will be well worth the wait. We will update you on the details of your painting and delivery.
